Defeat the opponent that faces you in the mirror.

During a workout, do not let your mind limit the training that your
body receives. When performing a low squat, standing up because you are
fatigued is weakness of the mind. Falling down because you are fatigued is
weakness of the body. Train to the limits of your body (within reasonable
safe limits). Defeat your greatest opponent - yourself!
