Grand Master Ansei Ueshiro, founder of Shorin-Ryu Karate USA:

Question: “To those who read this book but are no longer training karate, what is the one thought you have for them? For those who are now training, what would you tell them?”

Grand Master Ueshiro: “To those who are not now training, I have nothing to say. I would tell those who are now training not to stop. Karate is a lifelong pursuit.”
